This mixed-use real estate project really hit home for us in more ways than one. Partly because we spent almost a decade working out of a refurbished factory around the corner in South Norwalk; partly because the kind of placemaking that the client is aiming for aligns with our passion for community development and modern living with a twist. Working closely with architect Bruce Beinfeld and the development team at Spinnaker, we created everything from the logo to the brand identity extensions, collateral and printed pieces, and responsive digital platforms. We’re looking forward to toasting the success of the project at the soon-to-be completed beer garden in the outdoor courtyard, below the apartments.
