One of our largest real-estate projects to date, Southwark on Reed provided an opportunity for us to develop a broad brand platform, and deploy it across multiple channels simultaneously.

Rebranding this iconic pillar of Fairfield County history has been a blast. Starting with a brand strategy and a logo adaptation of the famous neon sign, we focused on transforming the motel feel to a hip boutique hotel vibe.

Our cult-driven theme celebrated each decade of the CADC, from the 1970's until now.

We love placemaking, and jumped at the chance to be part of this South Norwalk project.
