These jaw-dropping luxury apartments on the former site of the New Haven Coliseum represent a prolific balance of adaptive urban reuse, refined living and shared amenity spaces, as well as forward thinking residential placemaking. For us, the opportunity to collaborate on the branding and social/content story of a project built on the site of a music venue we frequented as teens, only inspired the strategic approach to naming, branding and creative storytelling. The obvious musical undertones of Anthem allowed for thoughtful and entertaining adaptation of visual and written assets to support strong and authentic nurturing of leads, tours, applications, and leases.
