We were tasked with creating a brand that could work with this property, and scale as our client brought more properties online under the Mosby banner. We created a flexible system that let the location of the properties shine through via viewfinder treatment where possible. The system flexes across digital and printed collateral for each property too—including a responsive digital platform, signage, and materials to support leasing office efforts. We’re excited to see this property and others completed over the next few years.
